Quest:Waiting in the Darkness is a prerequisite for this quest to appear. Warning: This quest has a one hour time limit. The timer will begin on accepting the quest. There is also an Udûn-cast Strongbox at the end of this dungeon and a Set of Brittle Lock-picks is required to open the Udûn-cast Strongbox. The lock-pick can be bartered for from a Herbalist (Host of the West).

The timer will begin upon accepting the quest. Objective 1 Defeat Gúrthrok Candúr has asked you investigate The Towers of the Teeth and find a way to discourage the invaders from remaining there. Defeated Gúrthrok Objective 2 Talk to Candúr You should return to Candúr and apprise him of your efforts. Candúr: 'You have succeeded, have you? Good. I do not think we acted a moment too soon.'
