You should defeat the Corsairs of Umbar and Gondorian freebooters in Tarlang's Crown. Background Corsairs of Umbar and traitorous Gondorian freebooters threaten all those who would travel through Tarlang's Crown. Objective 1 Defeat Corsairs of Umbar in Tarlang's Crown (0/14) Defeat Gondorian freebooters (0/6) Corsairs and Gondorian freebooters can be found at Azruthor's Rue and throughout Tarlang's Crown. While exploring the ruined remains of Azruthor's encampment in Tarlang's Crown, you have encountered a number of Gondorian freebooters and Corsairs of Umbar.
