You should search for the fisherman and encourage him to seek refuge in Forlaw Morcar: 'Enemy! We'll not suffer ye in the Whitshaws. 'Run or I'll have yer head.' Objective 2 Speak with the fisherman The two fishermen are at their camp on the edge of the Isingmere, in the northern Whitshaws.
