Background
The final battle of the War of Three Peaks has begun. Prince Durin Stonehelmson of the Longbeards will lead the great force of united dwarves in an assault on the main gates of Gundabad. But the Orkish chieftain, Gorgar the Ruthless, has one final surprise in store for his enemies.
Objective 1
- Advance with the dwarf army
Prince Durin of the Longbeards is ready to lead the charge on Gundabad.

- Prince Durin says, "We are pushing them back. It is time to press the attack!"
- Commander Glóin says, "My Prince, I must again say it is too dangerous to lead the vanguard yourself. Is there anything I can say to make you reconsider?"
- Prince Durin says, "I appreciate your concern, Commander, but this is something I must do. A true leader must be willing to lay down his life for his people."
- Náin the Slakeless says, "Well said, nephew!"
- Commander Glóin says, "Then I am with you, as are all these brave Longbeards."
- Prince Ingór says, "The Zhélruka are with you as well, Durin."
- Prince Ingór says, "Prove worthy of their aid!"
- Hórin says, "For the Zhélruka clan!"
- Dréri says, "And the Stout-axe!"
- Scout-master Ausma says, "Enough talking, let's get to the fighting."
- Náin the Slakeless says, "Ha! I like this one!"
- Prince Durin says, "Aye, the time has come."
- Prince Durin says, "Dwarves, with me! For Gundabad!"

- Prince Durin says, "Cross the bridge! Our goal is in sight!"
- Náin the Slakeless says, "I will protect the rear! Baruk Khazâd! Khazâd ai-mênu!"
- Scout-master Ausma says, "Wait, something is wrong. There should be more Orcs than this... I think this might be..."
- Gundabad Archer says, "The Prince has crossed! Bat-riders, NOW!"
- Scout-master Ausma says, "...a trap."
- The bridge has been destroyed!
- Gundabad Archer says, "Gorgar invites you to enter the arena, dwarves! Get moving, or we slaughter you all where you stand!"
- Hórin says, "You cowards! Come down here and face us!"
- Commander Glóin says, "We cannot go back with the bridge destroyed! I don't think we have much choice but to obey them."
- Prince Durin says, "Zhélruka, Stout-axes, stay here and guard the door. The Longbeards and my heroes will accept Gorgar's challenge."
- Prince Ingór says, "As you say, Durin. Try not to die in there."

Objective 2
Gorgar's trap has been sprung, and you must now fight in his arena or perish.
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Welcome, little Princeling, to my arena!"
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Here you will face overwhelming odds and be smashed to a bloody pulp for the pleasure of my soldiers."
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Ready yourselves, the first bout will begin soon!"
- Frost-bound Emissary says, "Gorgar, if this little game of yours fails, Warlord Dushtalbúk will not be pleased. You should just kill them now."
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "What's wrong with a bit of fun? They can't escape, and nothing boosts morale like watching some tarks scurry like insects at the feet of... well we wouldn't want to spoil the surprise!"
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "You wanted me to command the defence of Urbhármokh, so let me do it my way!"
- Frost-bound Emissary says, "Hmph. We will be watching, Gorgar."
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Your turn will come soon enough, hobgoblin. But, back to the matter at hand!"
- Commander Glóin says, "Something tells me those two aren't on friendly terms..."
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "When you're ready to face your certain doom, blow the horn!"
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Hah! That's the spirit! It's always more fun when the prey is lively!"
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "We have tamed a variety of beasts for war. They are cunning, vicious, and most of all... hungry for fresh meat!"
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Face now the Beasts of Slaughter!"
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "May you die with 'honour', pushdugs!"
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "You don't disappoint, Durin! Your heroes are quite skilled."
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Let's see how they handle Bardhrukh, or as my boys call him... THE KILLBEAST!"

You have defeated the beasts, but Gorgar now intends to fight you himself!
You must now face Gorgar the Ruthless and Ránulur, Chieftain of Wargs in the arena!
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Look at that! The dwarves killed the Killbeast!"
- Frost-bound Emissary says, "Gorgar, your foolhardy plan has failed! In the Warlord's name, I demand you face these invaders yourself!"
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Oh I will, hobgoblin... but you will first!"
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "You have earned the right to face ME, Gorgar the Ruthless, Son of Bolg, and Lord of Gundabad! Prepare yourselves."

- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "I have one last beast in my stables; a worthy mount for the Heir of Azog."

- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "What?! Not now! I was so close!"
- Gundabad Orc says, "The Frost-heart!"
- Gundabad Orc says, "The hobgoblins were right!"

- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Orcs, retreat! Get inside the mountain!"
- Prince Durin says, "This isn't over, Gorgar!"
- Gorgar the Ruthless says, "Oh, you're right about that, little Princeling!"
- Prince Durin says, "Everyone! Get off the ramparts!"
- Hrímil Frost-heart shouts, "Scatter, vermin!"
- Prince Durin says, "Hrímil Frost-heart? How can this be?"
- Hrímil Frost-heart shouts, "I have returned to claim what is mine!"

- Durin says, "No... we were so close! Our prize slips from our grasp once more!"
- Glóin says, "All is not lost, my prince."
- Prince Ingór says, "Aye. We could see the battle's ending from across the bridge."
- Dréri says, "Náin the Slakeless led our forces to victory!"
- Scout-master Ausma says, "The Orcs flee back to the mountain! The field is ours!"
- Durin says, "You are right, Commander. All is not lost."
- Durin says, "It will take time to regroup, tend to the wounded, and break through this cursed ice... But the day is won!"
