'I learned some things about these Jangovar, <class>, before I slipped away and hid. Do you not think it strange that they cling to the Dale-lands, days and days after their defeat? Know that it is all Akshir. Others wish to leave. Again and again, he refuses. I heard one Jangovar grumble how his reasons change, but ever he insists they must stay.

'I cannot answer the riddle of why, but I think if Akshir were gone, the Jangovar might soon return to the East and leave this valley alone.'
