Note: completing this quest the first time unlocks Moving Them Off. Daley Utteridge asks you to give some of the less fortunate people in town a little aid. You will need to give a Festival Token to each of five beggars who are standing around - but note that these are the same beggars who you ran off earlier (and other people may be running them off) so you may have to wait for them to respawn. There is no reward for this quest initially, but it counts for the Honoured Yule-friend deed and a hidden deed: Such Generosity!. This quest is mutually exclusive with the quest to run off the beggars: Moving Them Off.

As I walked to work this morning, I passed the good people of our town who are even worse off than myself. I had nothing to give them. It is the same every morning and every night. 'I count myself very lucky for what I have, but...my life would be better yet if I had the ability to give. All of my wages go to feeding my children and to paying the taxes on our home. 'If only there was something I could do! Perhaps Mayor Goodnough will give us more wages soon, and then I will be able to share my good fortune with the less fortunate.' NOTE: This quest will consume 5 Festival Tokens. Background Daley Utteridge has a great deal of good will towards the very poor in Winter-home, but sadly nothing to give. You are moved by his plight.
