The four cauldrons are involved in the final fight: disrupting Lhaereth the Stained from releasing a second Great Plague.

Tactics
To win this fight, the Plague Cauldrons must be destroyed before too many Plagued Great Bats escape. Each time a cauldron is destroyed, a Morroval Hostess or Morvul Shadow will join the fight.
Once all four Plague Cauldrons are destroyed, the fight will end.
