Mabli is the grandmother of Arnail. Her family has an annual tradition of visiting and burning incense for the dead of Cardolan. She can be found just outside the tombs of Gond Orchal in Southern Andrath ^{[42.5S, 45.0W]}

Later, she is encountered on the slopes that lead up to Tyrn Gorthad next to her grandson. ^{[42.5S, 48.5W]}
