• Muzgash, an orc subordinate of Shagrat in the Tower of Cirith Ungol, briefly seen during a Session Play.

or,

• Muzgásh (Barad Nemorn), a Half-orc serving the Morgul Host at Barad Nemorn in South Ithilien.
• Muzgásh (Sunken Labyrinth), Muzgásh's mutated form serving as the final boss of the Sunken Labyrinth instance in Osgiliath.
