Tactical Information

Marked Foes is preferred over Telling Mark because it affect multiple enemies, and it allows a Captain to use another mark skill. Mariners who trait this skill should use it at least once every 20 seconds, and more often when fighting a group of enemies, as it deals decent AoE damage.
