Description

Loknashra is a female hobgoblin orc, trained as a frost-caller and now learning necromantic magic from Angmarim led by Ugarad the Harbinger. She is first seen in the fortress of Shakhajât in the Pit of Stonejaws, reporting to Warlord Dushtalbúk. She is later encountered several times throughout the Welkin-lofts.
