Description
Increase Block & Parry Rating Application Chance is a Guardian Word of Mastery Tracery that adds a Block Chance and Parry Chance to the trait Adaptability in The Defender of the Free trait tree, and increases Block Rating.
Clarifying Note: With the Update 37 Guardian revamp, Adaptability was changed. Instead of applying a bonus chance to block and parry on every hit, it now reduces incoming damage from all sources. With Update 37.0.1, it seemed, on paper, that Adaptability's original block/parry application chance was restored. However, the application chance is in fact only restored when slotting this tracery. Without this tracery, Adaptability will never apply a bonus chance to block and parry. With this tracery, on every hit Adaptability has a chance to apply the bonus, at the rate shown (40% - 55%).
