Skill Interactions
The following skills are empowered when they are the next Swordplay skill used after Feint:
- Dodge heals the Mariner.
- Cut-over becomes AoE, with a target count of 7.
- Compound Attack gains +30% Critical Chance.
Trait Interactions
- The trait Balanced Techniques in the Duellist trait tree increases the damage of this skill by up to 25%.
- The trait Test Defences in the Duellist trait tree makes this skill tier up Critical Aim on the Mariner upon Critical hit, up to 3 stacks. Further ranks allow the effect to tier up to 5 stacks.
- The trait Sharpened Blades in the Duellist trait tree increases the damage of this skill by up to 10%.
Tracery Interactions
- Swordplay Damage increases the damage of this skill by up to 11%.
Tactical Information
Feint by itself does not do much damage. It is most commonly used before Cut-over, and Feint-Cutover-Flèche is an excellent AoE rotation.
