Burglar Effect Information
On landing a critical hit – or, if specialized in The Gambler, also upon Evading or Partially Evading an attack – this effect and 
Sharp Eye are applied to the Burglar. Successfully removing a Corruption with 
Purge Corruption also applies this effect to the Burglar. This effect allows the Burglar the opportunity to use one of following skills:
Double-edged Strike
Gambler's Advantage (Blue-line Only)
Blind Bet (Blue-line Only)
Perforate (Red-line Only)
Reveal Weakness (Yellow-line Only)
When one of the above skills are used, it temporarily allows the Burglar to use one of the following skills:
Exposed Throat
Flashing Blades
Hedge Your Bet (Blue-line Only)
A Small Snag (Yellow-line Only)
In addition to randomly proccing this effect, 
Aim and 
Coup de Grâce both have a guaranteed chance to apply this effect to the Burglar. Coup de Grâce also makes the second set of Chain Skills available for immediate use.
When 
Overwhelming Odds is traited, Critical Chain Skills have up to a 20% chance to return this effect to the Burglar.
