Pressing Matters appears in your mailbox when the character reaches level 15. This quest ends at the specified NPC (a class trainer). Implicitly it leads to the level 15 class quest but that quest can be obtained from any class trainer in one of the low-level regions (Bree-land, Ered Luin, or the Shire). See class quests via the link at the bottom of this page. Notes: Beorning: This quest is not available. Instead you will be offered 'The Speech of Animals'. Minstrel: The "friend" is Piper Prescott, next to Burt, who gives/continues the quest A Song for the Company.

There is a matter that requires such skills as you seem to possess, and furthermore you might learn something. Brom Hawksbeard Burglar <name>, A matter has come to my attention that could use the care and discretion that we burglars employ. There is also an opportunity for you to learn something by undertaking this request. If you are interested, bring this letter to me at the training hall at the Mud-gate in Bree. Albra Captain <name>, The life of a Captain is not one of leisure. It falls to us to call the charge, bear the weight of defeat and receive the accolade of glory. Your training needs attention. Come to me in Bree and we will reconvene. Dawn Appledore Champion <name>, I have need to see you in Bree. There is a matter that requires the champion's skill, and I think that it shall be a good way to teach you. Oggur Guardian <name>, Word has reached me that there are people in need. She can be found in the training hall for burglars beneath the Mud-gate. Albra Lowbanks: 'I'm glad to see that you received the note I sent you. I think that this is something that will help you greatly.' Captain Bring the letter to Dawn Appledore in Bree Dawn Appledore sent you a letter requesting that you visit her in the Bree Jail. Deliver the letter to Dawn Appledore. She can be found in the Bree Jail. Dawn Appledore: 'It is good to see you. I am pleased that you responded so quickly to my summons. Now to the task.' He can be found near the Hunting Lodge in Bree. Flambard Took: 'I am pleased to see you. There is a matter I think you could help with, and at the same time learn a thing or two about your chosen path.'
