From within the caverns of Toll Oivas, the beating of bat-wings echoes into Câr Bronach Objective 2 Defeat Iärcagar at Toll Oivas Defeat Uiagal at Toll Oivas Iärcagar and Uiagal can be found within the cavern of Toll Oivas. You have arrived to find Toll Oivas overrun by bat-wights and other fell things. You should defeat Iärcagar and Uiagal. Uiagal says, "I see you, <race>..." Uiagal says, "So... be it..."
