Zíkar

Zíkar is an ancient empire that once ruled over Shagâna, known as Near Harad by the Gondorians. It was a dominion established by Morgoth's servants, who subjugated the region for centuries. The empire's history has largely disappeared, with only fragmented accounts remaining, decipherable only by the most learned among the Wise.

Zíkar was ruled by the Thardúth, also known as the Sere Ones. Originally the eldest of the Kintai Elves, they were twisted into dark entities by Morgoth, becoming the deadliest rulers of the empire. The Thardúth were responsible for breeding the Utûgi, a feared force created during Zíkar's reign. Though the empire has long since fallen, its remnants can still be felt in Shagâna, where ancient ruins and lost knowledge hint at its former power. The people of the region, particularly the Ambarûli, still struggle with the lingering shadows of its past, as the forces of darkness seek to reclaim what was once theirs
