Description
Vóin is a Zhélruka dwarf from long ago, the writer of the Black Book of Mordor. His image is encountered in the Halls of Memory while visiting Gandalf inside the Chamber of Study in Skarháld. [36.4N, 46.6W] and later after the events in Mordor Besieged.

He was married to Bozhéna and was the father of Tázko and twice-great grandfather to Khîl Tale-spinner. Their home in Járnfast still remains.
