Physical Description:
Growing up, Ricellen Wartooth was counted among the most beautiful women in Pelargir. Her beautiful ivory skin and long black hair mixed perfectly and made her bright blue eyes an even more unique feature. She turned heads where ever she went and many believed she would be a queen one day. But that was not her path. Her skin is now tanned and battle-scarred, with an eyepatch covering the socket where one of her precious eyes used to be, and her hair is cut in a more "warrior style" fashion that sets her apart from most of the women in Pelargir.
Personality Description:
Ricellen Wartooth always knew she was different from the other girls. She was always a bit of a tomboy, favoring swords and war-tales. She delighted in stories of her Grandfather, Aravir, who battled alongside Thorongil against the Corsairs army, and hoped to one day achieve the same glory. Beneath her hardened exterior and love for war, she also had a secret desire to find true love. Once, while visiting with her mother's family in Dol Amroth, she met an Elf named Nimmir. The two felt the connection almost instantly and have been together ever since.
Biography
Ricellen Wartooth was born in Pelargir late in the Third Age. Her family had long raised warriors to fight against the Corsairs of Umbar and Ricellen was no different. Her mother desperately wanted a more socially acceptable daughter but got one of the most unique warriors in all of Gondor. From a young age, Ricellen wanted nothing more than to become as famous as her grandfather, Aravir Wartooth. She skilled herself in many of Gondor's battle tactics and strategies. Her mind was always focused on preparing for anything. She trained herself not only in the sword and sheild, but also spears and two-handed weapons. Over the years Ricellen's heart became as hard as stone. Her family feared she would never find someone to love since she wouldn't even associate herself with men that weren't as skilled as she was. But this was not her fate. Her mother once convinced her to take a break from her training and spend some time in Dol Amroth with her mother's family. There Ricellen met an Elven Maiden named Nimmir Skwigelf. The two couldn't be more opposite. One dark where the other is light. One battle-scarred where the other's skin isn't even touched by age. One's heart set in battle while the other longs only for healing. They couldn't have been more perfect for each other. Ricellen swore to be Nimmir's guardian forever. After meeting, they spent each day together learning from each other and falling even more in love. Ricellen teaching Nimmir to weild a sword and shield and Nimmir writing the most beautiful music to put Ricellen's heart and mind to ease. To this day, on the battle-field when times look grim and victory seems unobtainable, Ricellen pauses to remember Nimmir's music and the thought drive her to certain victory.
