Description
Tûka is a Chief of the of Hól-Budlan Camped on the edge of Díngarth during the Siege of Barad-dûr by the Great Alliance in Mordor Besieged at the end of the second age.
She has witnessed events resulting in soldiers who are going missing.
Hól-Budlan along with Holbytla is a way of transcribing the ancient name of people currently more well known as Hobbits.
The Hól-budlan could move about unseen, and Tûka was the most skilled of them all.
