Description
Tûka is a Chief of the of Hól-Budlan encamped on the edge of Díngarth during the Siege of Barad-dûr by the Great Alliance in Mordor Besieged at the end of the Second Age. She has witnessed events resulting in soldiers who have gone missing.
"Hól-Budlan", along with "Holbytla", is a way of transcribing the ancient name of people currently more well known as Hobbits. The Hól-budlan could move about unseen, and Tûka was the most skilled of them all. Though unconfirmed, the Fourth Age River Hobbit surname "Túcca" is likely derived from her.
