The Eleventh Expansion to The Lord of the Rings Online MMO: Corsairs of Umbar
Standing Stone Games (SSG) announced the release of the Corsairs of Umbar scheduled to be released at 8 November 2023.
The base edition of Corsairs of Umbar (includes the new regions, Missions, & Instances only) will be available for 2,995 LOTRO Points in May of 2024. The Mariner class will be available in the LOTRO Store for 1,000 LOTRO Points starting in May of 2024.
As you set foot amidst the salt-laden breezes and sun-soaked shores of Umbar, a sense of anticipation fills the air. This is a place of mystery and adventure, where the Corsairs rule the waves with their dark-bannered ships, and tales of their legendary raids echo throughout the bustling ports.
In a time of newfound peace, King Elessar and Queen Arwen traverse their kingdom following the Free Peoples' victory in the War of the Ring. Yet, order is threatened by the emergence of a dangerous force across the Bay of Belfalas. The rise of the Kindred of the Coins casts a shadow over Umbar, the City of the Corsairs, as this faction tightens its grip on power and trouble looms…
