The Kindred of Coins

The Kindred of the Coins are the new rulers of Umbar following the War of the Ring. They are a council of seven individuals who guide Umbar in a new direction, following the overthrow of Balakhôr the Scourge's family. Under the Kindred, Umbar has been declared a "free-city", eager to leave behind the legacies of the Heirs of Castamir and Mordor and guide Umbar to a new future.

Leaders

The seven leaders of the Kindred of the Coins are:

• Nakási Wave-reaper, Kinswoman of the Sail-haven

Wife of the slain Tumúldo Fierce-water, Nakási has claimed her husband's former position within the Kindred of the Coins.

• Belondor of Langstrand, Kinsman of the Fleet-fast

A veteran captain of Gondor, Belondor was once the Warden of the Firth before he angered the Steward Denethor.

• Khôltekh the Cunning, Kinsman of the Shoreward Stone

Kinsman of the Shoreward Stone, Khôltekh is a dwarf of the Temámir clan who guards his loyalties behind quick wits and a quicker smile.

• Rothog the Storm, Kinsman of the Tor-gardens

Beloved gladiator and veteran of bloody combats in the arena, Rothog has attained the favour of the Umbari people.

• Tatháta the Beast, Kinswoman of the Lower Ward

A powerful warrior and trainer of animals, Tatháta rose to her position in the Kindred when her predecessor was revealed to be a traitor.

• Hármelak Golden-hand, Kinswoman of the Upper Ward

Matron of a powerful merchant family and one of the wealthiest people in all of Umbar, Hármelak is the financier of the Kindred.

• Azagath Sea-shadow, Kinsman of the Citadel of Winds

The Black Númenórean leader of the Kindred of the Coins, Azagath is charming and deadly, beloved by the people of Umbar.
