Update needed - Master of Crafting Guilds found outside the starter areas

This page needs to be updated to include the Master of Crafting Guilds found outside the starter areas. Those which come to mind:

• 21st Hall - Crafting Bunker - Holm
• Caras Galadhon - Telain Galadhrim Crafting Hall - Delunir
• Galtrev - Craftguilders Hall - Master of Crafting Guilds
• Harwick - Craft Hall - need to verify
• Lhanuch - The Hall of Making - need to verify
• Ost Galadh Mirkwood - Crafting Hall of Ost Galadh - need to verify
• Rivendell - The Forges of Rivendell - need to verify
• Stangard - crafting area - need to verify
• Snowbourn -Craft Hall of Snowbourn - Master of Crafting Guilds
• The Vineyards of Lórien - need to verify

Need to verify = LOTRO-wiki pages do not indicate a Master, need to check in game after U10 is live.

NOTE ESPECIALLY: Update 10 is expected to INCREASE the guild services provided at various crafting locations throughout Middle-earth. (Similar in many ways to the changes in Bree in Update 9.) How much re-working of old areas is undefined at this time. How these changes might be offered is similarly undefined.
