Snap Shot, which is set bonus for 35 ranks in the Assailment specialization.
Effects
Using this skill activates the 
Rooted and 
Improved Hampering Javelin effects on the Warden's target, which applies a short initial root followed by a slow.
Tactical Information
Using this skill lowers enemy run speed and roots them in place. It can only be used after a Gambit Builder successfully unlocks the skill (the chance of which is unknown and not documented in-game).
Bug
The "Duration: 1s" in the tooltip has no effect.
