This skill is not available for use by default. Skills used from Stealth ( Surprise Strike,  Cunning Attack,  Throw Knife) have a 25% chance to apply  Focused Strike Opportunity to the Burglar, which allows this skill to be used.

Using this skill applies tier 3 of  Bloodletter to the Burglar.

Trait Interactions

• The set bonus  Relish Battle in the Quiet Knife trait tree makes this skill apply Relish Battle HoT to the Burglar upon critical hit.

Tracery Interactions

• Bloodletter Bonus Damage increases the potency of Bloodletter by up to 38.5% of the base amount.
• Return Strike Chance increases the proc chance of this skill by up to 27.5%.
