Kramp appears at various locations in the Sutcrofts. This is a Warband quest. "Spoils" rewards are available only once per day; however you still gain the other rewards. Kramp runs in a circuit outside of the east gate of Snowbourn. He is accompanied by four Goblin Stickers.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue You have encountered a band of volatile goblin riders led by Kramp stalking the crofts outside Snowbourn. Background You have discovered a roving warband of goblins led by Kramp in the outskirts of Snowbourn's croftlands. The crofters of Snowbourn would be able to live without fear if this band were to be defeated. Objective 1 Find Kramp You have discovered a band of volatile goblin riders led by Kramp stalking the crofts outside Snowbourn. You have encountered the Warband leader, Kramp and his minions! Objective 2 Defeat Kramp Kramp can be found roaming the crofts outside Snowbourn with his warband. Objective 3 Completed With Kramp and his warband defeated, Fastred and the crofters of Snowbourn can rest more easily.
