The boss giant that is necessary to defeat is Thrasir, located all the way southwest, down into the gully, through the massive gate, in the outskirts of Nan Gurth. This boss is the one with  Twist: Never-ending, spawning additional giants in his vicinity, as long as he remains undefeated. Technically, the only giant that is necessary to defeat in the instance is Thrasir. But, in the absence of skills/techniques such as Crowd Control, combat removal (e.g. Minstrel Still As Death), aggro manipulation (e.g. Minstrel Song of Distraction), speedups (Guardian Charge) etc. it will be impractical to get all of the way past the giants lining the narrow passageways, to Thrasir, then back to repair the barricades, which in many cases are in close proximity to the giants. So, generally it is quicker and easier just to defeat all (or most) of the giants along the way down to Thrasir and then, any spawned giants that moved up, on the way back, and are in close proximity to the barricades. Uidon is the "scout" for this mission. He and the chest appear in the gully/trench, slightly south and at a lower elevation than the zone-in point. After completing your objectives, there is a limited time (2 minutes) before you will be automatically ejected from the instance. You need to find and open the "Mission Reward" chest before this happens. Defeating more enemies does not reset the timer!
