Objective 1 Reach Kindred tier with the Phetêkari Visit the Tale-warden Assistant, Mashêm at Telperiën's Gate, or any of the other Phetekâri quartermasters at Iridír, Jirush, or Urmâkh to claim a gift from the Tale-wardens of Umbar.
