Bestowal dialogue 'Where is it that you come from?' Background Register your heritage with the notary. Objective 1 Speak with Bonnie Milkweed, the notary Bonnie Milkweed can be found in the Bree-town Hall. Bonnie Milkweed: 'Ah... Harad. 'You are from the region known as Near Harad but called Shagâna by its own people. Subjugated by the Great Empire of Ordâkh, the Shagâni are bidden to worship Sauron, but many defy this command.'
