They request that you deliver a certain item to a person, and in turn, that person asks you to return the favour and give a gift to another person forming a circle of quests that leads you back to the first person. You can pick up the quest at any point and the quests are repeatable every few days.

Walkthrough & Notes
NOTE: You will need multiple participants in order to launch enough fireworks to amuse the crowd. It is possible with four players. Three may not be enough. The quest will fail if there are not enough people or fireworks launched. The quest can be repeated roughly every 10 minutes day or night.

'Welcome to the annual Shire Fireworks Celebration! We procured these firework-launchers especially for the event, but we need volunteers to help set them all off when the show begins Does this task intrest you?

'Wait for my word, then use any of the launchers on the stage to impress the fine folk watching the event. Don't stop launching fireworks until the event has ended...we want a huge quantity of colourful explosions!'

Background

The Methel-stage of Bywater is used for staging plays, but also for setting off fireworks during special celebrations.

Objective 1

Wait for the announcer to declare the start of the show

Firework launchers have been placed on the Methel-stage, north of Bywater in the Shire.

You should wait for the announcer to declare the start of the event, then launch as many fireworks as you can.

Milo Brockhouse says, "Welcome to the Methel-stage firework show! A new show will begin shortly."

Milo Brockhouse says, "The fireworks show will begin in one minute. Speak to me if you'd like to participate!"

Milo Brockhouse says, "The show is starting in 10 seconds! Anyone not participating should have a seat in the audience!"

Objective 2

Launch fireworks to impress the crowd

The fireworks launchers are on the Methel-stage, north of Bywater, in the Shire.

You should use the fireworks-launcher to put on a wonderful show for the crowd. The best way to entertain the crowd is to work with others and set off as many fireworks as you can.

The crowd is amazed by the incredible fireworks display!

Spectator says, "Well done, a great effort from all of you!"

Spectator says, "Oh, fantastic! I can't wait for the next show!"

Gandalf says, "Marvelous show! Quite enjoyable!"

Spectator says, "Such beautiful colours! Wonderful!"

Talk to Milo Brockhouse at the Methel-stage

Milo Brockhouse is at the Methel-stage, north of Bywater, in the Shire.

You should speak with Milo Brockhouse about your efforts in the Shire fireworks show.
