The quest level scales to your character's level. The experience and monetary rewards scale based on the quest level The quest is repeatable, resetting daily at 3:00 a.m. server time. You can spend 5 Mithril Coins to repeat it more often. Envelopes can be found laying on the ground, stuck to the side of buildings or trees, or floating around town. Note: If you collect more envelopes than you require, you will not be able to open them until you take this quest again. You can however save them until the next day, so it can be a good idea to stockpile when many envelopes are around (or few players), and then on following days just open some until you have 6/6 invitations. In the courtyard of the Bree-town Jail [31.7S, 50.8W] there is an envelope on an archery board that has a spawn rate of 8-10 seconds.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'Hail, friend. Might I ask a favour of you? 'I was put in charge of sending out invitations to the residents of Bree, to let them know of the festival events underway. Maybe you received one yourself? Well, I was about to send out another stack of envelopes when a strong wind came along and blew them all away! Can you collect the invitations around town for me?' Background Percy Bywood has lost the invitations he intended to send out to inform everyone of the anniversary festival. NOTE: This quest will be removed from your quest log when the current festival ends. Objective 1 Open envelopes you find to collect invitations (0/6) The envelopes are scattered around Bree. Percy Bywood has asked you to look inside envelopes scattered around town return to him any invitations you find. Percy Bywood: 'Look around Bree for envelopes that have blown away. They couldn't have gone far....' Objective 2 Bring the invitations to Percy Bywood in Bree Percy Bywood is near the Boar-fountain in Bree. You should return the invitations you found to Percy Bywood. Percy Bywood: 'Thank you for the invitations, <name>. 'That was nearly a disaster, but now we can get the word out about the festival!'
