Walkthrough & Notes

This quest can appear during the defense of the northern gate-wall (Stage I) of the Epic Battle: Hammer of the Underworld. Its alternative is Epic Foe: Ughâsh the Unslakable. Morgul-troll Drummers will spawn in the field, and must be defeated by striking them with catapult shells. Four trolls spawn in solo/duo mode, two for each catapult; six trolls spawn for the fellowship version, three for each catapult. You will need to use both catapults ([59.5N, 16.5W] and [58.9N, 16.5W]). A rank 6 engineer can load spread shot and hit multiple trolls with one shot. A single hit is enough to kill them. It is advantageous to prepare the catapults immediatly after the start of the instance. Frenzied Morgul-orcs will begin spawning after a set period of time without defeating the trolls.
