Walkthrough & Notes

This quest can be completed at both the One/Two size and the Three size once daily for credit (can be repeated daily for no credit.) Basics This quest takes place just to the east and south of the large group of non-interactive NPCs in the starting area. Down a ramp there will be 2 barricades that form a secondary line from the main battle. For this quest you need to hold these barricades against trolls and Orcs that are coming up to kill the civilians. This is a relatively easy quest with a very limited defensive scope and easy number of mobs. Tips Just stay at the barricade and DPS things down There was a bug in beta where you could fail or lose merit for killing trolls too quickly, not sure if that’s still around

Quest Text

Background The enemy is making a final assault on the raised central area of the Glittering Caves. Protect the civilians that are gathered there and defeat all enemies. Objective Defeat the Trolls Do not allow any trolls to reach the women and children Protect the civilians at the central camp and defeat the Trolls. Merit Rating This quest starts with full Merit Rating. Major Point Loss Barricade destroyed Moderate Point Loss Barricade Guard defeated Orc Shaman heals a Troll Civilian attacked
