Cross the bridge, defeat two Shular Throwers and one Orc, turn right (ignoring the two Black Arrows and the Kunholar) the gap in the wall is almost to the point of the island. Orcs named Mordor Scout are what you're looking for.

Quest Text

We must sneak around the entrance, enter the fortress and defeat the archers which patrol the walls.'
