Bestowal dialogue'Still here, are you? Well, I suppose if you are of an inquisitive nature like Mr. Bilbo himself, I'll let you in on something he said to me afore he disappeared forever. 'Old Bilbo, he said (with a sparkle in his eye) that his adventure would continue on even after he was long gone. That was Mr. Baggins, for you. 'Well, I'll not get in your way. Help yourself to look over his last letter for us, which my son Sam read to me. It has some particular instructions regarding that Sackville-Baggins....' BackgroundBilbo left a letter to the inhabitants of his beloved Shire in the hands of Hamfast Gamgee, affectionately known by neighbours as the Gaffer. NOTE: This quest will be removed from your quest log when the event it is associated with ends. Objective 1
The Gaffer stands outside of his home on Bagshot Row. You should ask the Gaffer if you can show Bilbo's letter to Lobelia.

Lobelia Sackville-Baggins is up at Bag End, north of the Party Tree upon the Hill. You should bring Bilbo's parting letter to Lobelia, for it may give some insight into the locked cellar of Bag End.
