King Ondoher was the 31st King of Gondor, ruling from 1936 to 1944 of the Third Age. .
He died, with both his sons, at the hands of invading Wainriders. His daughter Fíriel married King Arvedui of Arnor, thus reuniting the bloodlines of Isildur and Anárion.
Ondoher himself was deeply embroiled in the Easterling Wars, and was killed in a battle against the Wainriders.
Ondoher ruled Gondor for eight years, and was succeeded by General Eärnil, a descendant of Anárion. He was honored with a statue and plaque in the Citadel of Minas Tirith.
