Location

As of update 13, Matuga has been moved outside the Goblin-Town Throne Room instance.
He is found in front of an altar just south of Eglanúr within Goblin-town in the Misty Mountains. ^{[20.4S, 5.4E]}

Directions from the Mountain's Throat:

• Straight from entrance down all ramps, through second main room, bear to left and click on the boulder blocking the entrance.
• Straight through first room to stairs up near northwest corner.
• Up the stairs, follow ledge to bridge that crosses over the room.
• Over bridge, turn left, over another bridge, then right into a tunnel.
• Follow tunnel around, turn left at fork.
• Turn right as soon as coming out of tunnel, follow ledge north, and turn right into another tunnel.
• Follow tunnel east then north and click on the boulder blocking the entrance.
• Take the first left after entering, follow tunnel, down stairs, straight ahead and down more stairs. Matuga the Torturer is at the bottom.
