• After using a Lightning Skill, your Frost Skills will slow enemies.
  
  After using a Fire Skill, your Frost Skills will make enemies Brittle, increasing their incoming Critical Chance.
  
  +10% Fire-type Damage
  +10% Lightning-type Damage
  +10% Frost-type Damage
 
You need 10 ranks earned in the whole tree.

Fire then Frost applies  Brittle Frost.
Lightning then Frost applies  Flash Frozen.
