Lobelia Sackville-Baggins is a cousin-in-law of Bilbo Baggins, widow of Bilbo's cousin Otho Sackville-Baggins.

Lobelia and her son, Lotho Sackville-Baggins, can be found outside of Bag End, in the Hill, in the Shire.

After many long years of coveting the Baggins family's rather large Hobbit-hole, Bag End, Lobelia has finally acquired Bag End when Frodo Baggins sold it to the Sackville-Bagginses before he left the Shire to move (as it was said) to Crickhollow in Buckland.
