I don't quite know how to handle this input, but so that the data will not be lost while I try to learn, I'll record it here. This took place just now:

[22:09] Crystal Edelmann: The LOTRO Wiki entry for "Lesser Steadfast Ring of Fate" needs to be updated.
[22:10] Crystal Edelmann: I just got one, in Foroechel, when I am level 140.... that says "Minimum Level 140"
[22:10] Crystal Edelmann: +4,663 Vitality
[22:11] Crystal Edelmann: +4,767 Agility
[22:11] Crystal Edelmann: +4,173 Fate
[22:11] Crystal Edelmann: Durability 50/50
[22:11] Crystal Edelmann: Minimum level 140
[22:11] Crystal Edelmann: Worth 16 silver, 2 copper
[22:12] Crystal Edelmann: Oh at the top
[22:12] Crystal Edelmann: Bind on Equip
[22:12] Crystal Edelmann: Item level: 446
[22:12] Crystal Edelmann: Finger
[22:17] Crystal Edelmann: It was dropped by something in Forochel, most likely a Gauradan because we killed a lot of those and they were the only humanoids, thought I suppose we might have got it from the stomach of a kilpa-kita because we killed a bunch of those while we were killed humanoids.
(Crystal is Crsystalleowyn in LOTRO, on every server. We were on our home server, Landroval.)

CONCLUSION: The Lesser Steadfast Rings might be based on who receives them rather than where you got them. Forochel is a level 40ish area.

How odd. Anyway, the table can be extended to cap level by changing the 104 to {{Level Cap}}. The minimum should stay 85 for these Lesser Steadfast items. Btw, this is the earring. The ring can have the same table except that the sell/worth value code is AG instead of AF.--Gisel Avaleazar (talk) 09:20, 12 February 2023 (UTC)
Oh looks like these tables should be removed. see Boilerplate:Item#Level-scaled_Items --Gisel Avaleazar (talk) 09:34, 12 February 2023 (UTC)
