This item can be dropped by beasts of levels 85-95.
The resource and reputation instances/quests in Derndingle are excellent places to farm hides for level 95 and higher characters. Each instance has a random chance of spawning mobs that drop hides and will gain you 30-35 hides for each instance as well as plenty of resources from each instance
Hide dropping mobs in each instance:
- Direnfirel: Guide of the Wooded River-bank: Bears, Wood nodes
- Gemyndsted: Leader of Vandals: Wargs, Scholar nodes
- Stangraf: Driver in the Tunnels: Wolves, Ore nodes
If the instance loads with mobs not listed above, exit the instance and load another instance to reset. You can only enter an instance ten times in an hour, so keep that in mind when hopping around.
