Description

Gothmog and Aragorn confront each other towards the end of the Battle of Pelennor Fields, near the Threshold of the City.^{[23.8N, 15.3W]}

Gothmog knocks Aragorn down and attempts to kill him, but Halbarad throws himself in front of his lord and takes the deadly strike. The Heir of Isildur then rises and gives a speech that gives his allies hope and causes Gothmog and his Orcs to flee.
