Description
The Forge-master of Ost Anglebed in the gondorian region of Lebennin is found at the main square of the castle, near the Steward's Hall. She was formerly a combined Forge and Relic-master.
A Forge-master can reforge and rename Legendary Items.
Every five character levels, a Legendary item can be reforged at a forge-master, raising its item level, DPS (or Tactical Damage Rating, Tactical Healing Rating, or Incoming Healing Rating depending on the item), and sometimes unlocking additional Tracery slots. This is also your opportunity to rename your Legendary item.
