The quest Hard Tack Event: Prospecting must be underway, Often Clumsy and The Lummox deeds are completed. Plus one of the following quests Hard Tack Event: Small Ore Delivery , Hard Tack Event: Medium Ore Delivery, or Hard Tack Event: Large Ore Delivery must be underway at objective 3. These quests which are required to complete the deed, are only available during Hard Tack of Thorin's Hall Craft Event located in Ukhbab-gairu, Vault of the Great Forge in Thorin's Gates outside of Thorin's Hall.
