Description

Durin V was King of the Longbeards. When the dragon Thorog descended on the keep of Helegrod in the Misty Mountains, Durin V led a party of dwarves to slay the dragon. Thorog was slain, but so was Durin V, losing the axe Mírdanant that had been a gift from the Gwaith-i-Mírdain in Eregion.
