Tactical Information

Ceaseless Argument is the best Lightning skill for Rune-keeper due to its high damage, low skill animation time, and low cooldown. It's only weakness is that it attunes 1 attunement, the lowest Lightning attunement. All damage Rune-keepers should use this skill as much as possible in-between harder-hitting skills.
