Description
The Bounder's Token Rewards Vendor offers to trade Bounder's Tokens for various items.
Dialogue
'Hello! In appreciation of your donations to our cause, I offer items for barter. The more tokens you donate, the more of my items you can obtain!
'Bear in mind that my associate sells these sames items for a cheaper price, but only if we meet our collective collection goals! Whether you buy my goods now or wait to see if you unlock the Bounder's Bounty is up to you.
'Either way, the more you donate, the more you will be able to purchase, it's a good deal for us all!'
- What is the Bounder's Bounty?
- The Bounders are working on reinforcing their protection of the Shire.
- If enough tokens are collected, the Bounders promise to provide a bounty of rewards for all of those who helped. Also, all people of Middle-earth will receive the Bounder's Boon (a buff for all to enjoy). [Note: The Bounder's Boon buff is disabled for both sides in the Ettenmoors.]
- Each person will be able to unlock rewards by meeting their own quota, but even larger surprises await if everyone donates together!
- Ok. Thanks!
Barter Information
All of these items will be available for 50% fewer tokens from the Bounder's Bounty Vendor, once the Bounder's Fundraising goal has been achieved.
Note: ALL Jewellery from both vendors is LEVEL 85! There is also only one difference in stats between the three sets of jewellery -- Stout/Wiry/Engraved. Only the Engraved Bounder's Bracelet is different from the Stout and Wiry versions, having a Tactical Mastery rating rather than a Physical Mastery rating. These may be bugs and may change in later patches.
Deeds
It appears that the intent was to barter for an item, you must complete the deed corresponding to that tier by donating Bounder's Tokens:
However, as of 28 August, there is no restriction on bartering.
The deeds simply add up to a title at Tier 3.
