• Critical hits with Perforate give you confidence, improving the damage of your other Critical Chain Skills.
  
  This effect will be consumed by Exposed Throat or Flashing Blades.
 
• Each Critical Hit with Perforate grants a stack of Bloodletter:
  +1% Melee Skill Critical Chance
  +3% Melee Damage
  +5% Flashing Blades Damage
  +5% Exposed Throat Damage
  Duration: 15s

Critical Hits with  Perforate apply or tier up  Bloodletter on the Burglar, up to 3 stacks.  Return Strike also applies this effect.
