Using the skill All In applies this effect to the Burglar. Upon expiration, if the Burglar did not land at least 1 Killing Blow,
Bust is applied.
The tracery All In Melee Damage increases the Melee Damage potency of this effect by up to 16.5%.
The trait Loaded Dice increases the duration of this effect by 15 seconds.

Note that this skill's Finesse buff is a bug or something that still hasn't been adjusted inside the game: it uses the item formula for calculation which of course depends on an item level. Item level 130 for example for a character level 130 is very low.
